Brett commenced his real estate career with Ray White Mackay in June 1988 specialising in residential property. In August 1993, Brett purchased Nationwide Realty Mackay and subsequently changed the business to Harcourts Mackay in December 1998. His personal achievements to date include personal sales in excess of $100 million; Licensed General Auctioneer; Licensed Real Estate Agent and REIQ Member. Brett offers a wealth of experience in real estate including successful business management, sales consultation and has a reputation for strong marketing and negotiating skills. His involvement as a Buyer, Seller and Developer, in his own right, over the years means he knows the market well and is happy to give free advice. Brett spends his free time involved in activities such as reading, horse riding and golf. |

Jan Aylesbury commenced her real estate career when she moved to Mackay from Darwin. Working together with clients to achieve their ultimate goal and focusing on having ‘clients for life’ is a very important aspect for Jan. Rochelle’s real estate career began in 2003 with Harcourts Ingleburn, Sydney, where she started as a Sales Administrator but soon took on the role as Property Manager. Moving to Mackay in 2006 with her partner, she joined the Harcourts group again as a Sales Consultant.
Having completed the Harcourts Sales Development Course, Rochelle has the knowledge and systems in place to help selling or buying a home run smoothly and make it an experience you will remember.

In 1997, Debbie, her partner and 3 children made the big move from South Australia to Mackay to Owner/Manage the Premier Caravan Park on Nebo Road.
They operated this business for 7 years, thoroughly enjoying the park lifestyle and interaction with guests from all walks of life.
The whole family fell in love with the tropical lifestyle and all the benefits of living in this great city, so much so that after the business was sold they purchased their own home in Glenella and have further entrenched their roots in Mackay.
Debbie has previously been involved in the Real Estate Industry in South Australia but mainly in Administration and Property Management. Sales has however, always attracted her and when the opportunity arose for her to join the Harcourts Mackay Sales Team she didn’t hesitate. Chris Shaw is a very passionate and dedicated person which if given the opportunity to help people with their Real Estate needs will exceed their expectations. Her basic philosophy is “do unto others s you would have them do unto you”. An honest and straight forward approach which blends seamlessly with the Harcourts way.
Chris will work tirelessly to achieve the best results for both sellers and buyers alike. Being a very focused person she is totally committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients because above all, she likes to succeed.
Chris has been a Mackay resident since 1989 along with her husband Steve, and has raised two children. Both children have since married and she is the proud Grandmother of two Grand-daughters and two Grand-sons, with another Grand-baby on the way.
Chris has an enormous amount of experience dealing with people from all sorts of life, having previously worked in the automotive industry for 14 years. She has succeeded in many roles in the business from Sales to Senior Management. This has given her great insights into working in a dynamic industry and has developed many friendships from the people she has had the pleasure of meeting and working with.
Chris looks forward to being able to rekindle these friendships and also take the opportunity to help in the most important part of a family’s life, finding and purchasing the perfect home or selling when the time is right.

Amanda Renton

Amanda Renton joined the Harcourts team in March 2005 as Sales Administrator, she then moved over to the Rental Department as Rental Assistant and assisted the Property Manager in all aspect of the role. Now she has moved up one more step becoming the Property Manageress. Amanda previously worked for us for 18 months, In that time she completed a certificate IV in Property Management.
Amanda’s experience has seen her processing quality prospective tenant applications, liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople as well as everything from organising renovations through to conducting entry, exit and interim inspections.
Amanda also has an outstanding history of a consistently low vacancy rate and rental arrears. Priding herself on her honesty, loyalty and friendly yet professional service, Amanda has found her career to be challenging yet very rewarding.
